Terms of Service

Cardify lets you digitise, store, and manage gift cards and related balances. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the card data you store and use and for keeping your device secure. We may update features from time to time without prior notice, but we will never upload your card numbers to Pearled's servers without your permission.

You must be at least 16 years old, reside in a region where the app is available on the Apple App Store, and agree not to use Cardify for fraudulent or unlawful activity. Using Cardify to store cards that you do not own or have permission to store is prohibited.

Cardify Infinite subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and follow the purchase terms you accept in the Apple App Store. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under Pearled's general refund policy outlined in the Pearled Terms and the Apple App Store refund policy.

Card numbers stay on-device with optional encrypted iCloud backup. We process limited anonymised analytics to improve the service in accordance with the Pearled Terms, the Cardify Privacy Policy and Pearled Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or remove access to our services if we detect abuse, legal risk, or violations of these terms or the Pearled Terms. You may delete your data at any time from within the app or any online service provided by Pearled by contacting Pearled support (please note this is temporary until we have an automated system in place).
